Appointment, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • All clients are provided a 20-minute grace period for appointments. Arrivals beyond 20 minutes late may require rescheduling depending on service timing and availability. • If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. • Appointments rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice will have the original deposit transferred to the new appointment date. • Appointments rescheduled within less than 48 hours of the appointment time will forfeit the original deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the appointment time will require payment of 50% of the scheduled service total. The original deposit will not be transferred. • No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
